1. I've never purchased a water pump before. There seem to be too many to choose from! Where do I start?

We appreciate where you're coming from as it is a little daunting if you don't know what to buy and where to start. 2. If I buy a water pump from you, will you install it as well?

No, we only supply you with the pump and its accessories. Your local and reputable plumber should be able to fit and install your pump for you. 

We would recommend that you have someone qualified and experienced to fit your pump.

3. Do you take old water pumps as part-exchange?

No, again we only supply the pumps on our website. If you have an old or second-hand pump you typically 2 have options:

  • 1. Sell it
  • 2. Recycle it

4. I have seen the water pump advertised cheaper elsewhere. Will you match the price or beat it?

Good question! We stand by our prices - they are always low and competitive. We also provide great support and service to you our valuable customers. If you have purchased a great product from us and witnessed good service, we know you will remember the experience even if it costs you an extra few bucks.

5. I've just realised, I've purchased the wrong water pump from you. What do I need to do?

6. I'm not sure whether a 6 tap or 8 tap water pump would be better for my house. What would you advise?

In this scenario it can depend on a number of factors. We'd therefore recommend you fill out our pump inquiry form so that we can take a closer look at your set-up at home. We will then be able to advise you with the correct pump to purchase.

7. What warranty do the water pumps come with?

All our pumps come with a 2 year pump parts and labour warranty. The pressure tanks have a 5 year tank replacement guarantee.

All pumps and tanks must be protected from the elements (using a suitable cover)

8. I've never ordered online before, is it safe and secure?

Yes it is safe and secure to pay online and you can buy with confidence as our online payment systems use use the latest secure encryption technologies. As well as accepting credit and debit cards, we also accept PayPal payments too!

Over the phone, we can process your credit card payment  and authorise it for you there and then - quickly and securely.

Whenever making a payment for anything online, always remember the golden rule:

9. After I have placed my order, how long will it be before my water pump arrives?

Once we have received and cleared your payment, expect to receive your water pump within 1 to 3 working days.

10. Do I need to buy anything else other than my water pump?

If you are starting from scratch, the answer is yes. You will need flexi hoses and fittings - we supply these too so please call us with your requirements. 11. Does my water pump need to be covered or need a cover over it?

Yes it most certainly does to protect it from the elements. Not having one will also invalidate your water pump's warranty.

12. Are water pumps cheap to run?

That very much depends on the size of the property or number of taps required to be supported.
